Oconto’s city attorney has gotten a $20,000 signature bond after a target shooting incident in November.
According to a previous criminal complaint, Frank Calvert was shooting at targets at his home on Thanksgiving Day when some of the bullets hit a neighbor’s home.
Allegedly, one of the bullets went through a window and caused a woman to be hurt by glass fragments and a man to be hurt when a bullet grazed him on the shoulder.
Calvert has been charged with two counts of reckless endangerment and could face up to 12 and half years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
He’s been ordered not to have any firearms and is scheduled to be back in court on February 20th.
