A meat processor in Demark has issued a recall.
Salm Partners LLC recently issued a recall on over 133,000 pounds of its ready-to-eat turkey kielbasa products, as they may have been contaminated with bone fragments.
The affected products were produced between October 27th and October 30th of last year and are labeled as Parkview Turkey Polska Kielbasa.
The use-by dates on the packages are April 24th or April 27th of this year. One person has reported an injury in their mouth due to a bone fragment, but that is the only injury that has been reported.
