Two area men were arrested for OWI on the same day.
In Sheboygan County, a state trooper pulled over a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed on County Road Y at around 3:45 Monday evening.
When the trooper turned on his lights, 46-year-old Raymond Denny of Sheboygan pulled into a driveway, got out of his car, and tried to go into the residence.
He eventually complied and was arrested for his 5th OWI. Then, at around 5:00 p.m., a trooper saw a vehicle nearly hit several other cars on I-41 near the Brown County/Oconto County line.
Green Bay Police were able to box the car in and detained 70-year-old Thomas Bins.
He has been charged with his 4th OWI, Misdemeanor Resisting/Failing to Stop.
He was released on a $1,500 cash bond the next day.
