
The Manitowoc woman who has numerous open cases involving bail jumping was recently sentenced in several cases.
39-year-old Amy S. Jelinek was ordered by Judge Mark Rohrer to spend a total of thirteen years on probation after being found guilty due to no-contest pleas on charges of Theft of Movable Property, Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Possession of THC, and three counts of Bail Jumping.
Jelinek still has five open cases in Manitowoc County Court, with charges totaling Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Methamphetamine, two counts each of Retail Theft of Less Than $500, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and 39 counts of Bail Jumping.
Jelinek is due back in court on January 4th for a preliminary hearing for one case and on January 8th for adjourned initial appearances in four other cases.
