A rollover crash claimed the lives of two ten-year-old boys in a Milwaukee suburb during a police pursuit.
The incident occurred just before midnight on Wednesday when a Waukesha County sheriff’s deputy attempted to stop a speeding vehicle lacking license plates.
The driver briefly halted before accelerating away.
Two deputies pursued the vehicle briefly until it crashed, resulting in the tragic loss of the driver’s two ten-year-old sons.
The 29-year-old driver, along with his six-year-old daughter and 14-year-old niece, remains hospitalized in critical condition.
The driver’s 29-year-old girlfriend is said to be in stable condition.
The sheriff’s office revealed that the driver had an outstanding arrest warrant.
