The Manitowoc Lincoln Boys swim team dove into their home pool last night but came up short against Green Bay United.
The visitors finished with 97 points, while the Ships swimmers finished with 73.
Senior Drew Crees had a good night for the Ships, as he finished first in the 100- and 200-yard freestyle events, while classmate Porter Fencl won the 100 breaststroke, an event Connor Paltzer finished in second.
Also finishing second was the 200 medley relay, consisting of Paltzer, Alexander Haas, Ayden Theel, and Jonas Stachovak, as well as the 200 freestyle relay, consisting of Paltzer, Haas, Fencl, and Crees.
The 400 freestyle relay, comprised of Theel, Fencl, Crees, and Preston Hayon, also finished second, while Haas, Theel, and Fencl finished with a silver in the 500 freestyle, 50 freestyle, and 200 individual medley, respectively.
