Authorities in Madison are investigating a fatal hit-and-run incident that occurred over the weekend.
According to reports, an individual was struck by a vehicle on Saturday morning in the 1700 block of Packers Avenue.
The victim succumbed to their injuries.
No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
