A crash at the notorious intersection of 27th and Oklahoma in Milwaukee has claimed the life of a 22-year-old woman, identified as Sierra Hill by friends.
Milwaukee Police report that the Tuesday night incident marks the latest in a series of crashes at the intersection, with 18 documented accidents causing injuries within a block radius.
Last fall, another fatality occurred at the same location while walking.
27th and Oklahoma, home to Leon’s Frozen Custard, has been flagged as a hazardous intersection, further compounded by the congregation of people around the store, according to the owner.
