A 32-year-old woman, Ebony Hudson of Loudon, Tennessee, is in police custody following an incident where she drove through sections of the Christmas Village in Irvine Park.
Authorities received a call about a van deliberately damaging Christmas decorations around 7:45 a.m.
Responding officers found park department crews attempting to corral the woman’s van.
Despite her lack of impairment, Chippewa Falls Police assert that Hudson intentionally ran over the Christmas displays.
The damaged area has been restored, and the Christmas Village reopened last night.
