Khadijiha Hamilton, the woman who brought a gun into a Milwaukee school in May, has been sentenced to probation instead of prison.
The 29-year-old Hamilton was arrested after bringing a firearm to Rocketship Transformation Prep following a family altercation.
Teachers at the school noted Hamilton’s frequent behavioral issues and reported that she had made threats before revealing the gun from her purse.
Hamilton pleaded guilty to the charges in October.
