The State Patrol canceled the statewide Silver Alert for 78-year-old Maureen Mahoney after locating the missing woman.
Troopers issued the alert when Mahoney was last seen in La Crosse, expressing concerns that she might be en route to her property in Waukesha or visiting family in Illinois.
Although the Patrol did not disclose Mahoney’s exact whereabouts, they confirmed she was found safe.
