The Manitowoc Unit of the County Fish and Game will be gathering this Wednesday at a different location.
The meeting on December 13th will be held at the Manitowoc Gun Club in Newton, starting at 7:00 p.m.
The guest speaker at this month’s meeting will be DNR agent Alek Henseler, who will be sharing information on environmental issues and activities in Wisconsin.
There will also be nominations for officers and directors of the organization and elections for 2024.
Additionally, the Fish and Game is looking for more people to join.
Membership counts have been in decline in recent years, and the organization reminds the public of the importance of supporting all of the 25 conservation organizations in Manitowoc County.
Manitowoc Unit dues are still only $5 annually.
