A De Pere roadway was closed off Sunday night (December 10th) following a single-vehicle crash.
The incident occurred near the intersection of Schuering Road and American Boulevard at around 7:30 p.m.
A vehicle slammed into a utility pole, causing it to lean heavily toward the roadway and causing a power outage to nearby residences.
The Wisconsin Public Service corporation was on the scene, helping repair the utility pole and restore power to those affected.
While no update has been issued, WPS stated that they expected to have the power restored by 9:30 last night.
No additional information has been released at this time, including the status of the driver and any occupants or if any charges have been filed.
