Two people are dead following a two-vehicle crash in Sheboygan County.
Sheriff’s Deputies and first responders were dispatched to the intersection of State Highway 32 and County Road J at around 3:30 yesterday afternoon (December 7th).
Witnesses reported that a semi-tractor had flipped at that intersection after striking a vehicle.
Police determined that a 67-year-old Sheboygan woman was driving her Jeep West on County Road J when she came to the intersection.
While she did stop at the stop sign, she then pulled out directly into the path of the semi, which was being driven south by a 26-year-old Denmark man.
The driver of the jeep and her 37-year-old passenger, also of Sheboygan, died from their injuries.
There is no word on the status of the semi driver as the incident remains under investigation.
