A worker at a Grand Chute pallet-making company is dead following an industrial accident Tuesday afternoon (December 5th).
The incident occurred at Konz Wood Products at around 3:30 p.m.
The exact nature of what happened at 616 North Perkins Street has not yet been revealed, but it was confirmed that the incident left the worker deceased, with an autopsy scheduled for today.
Additional information is expected to be released in the near future, as the family was yet to be notified as of last word.
The incident has led to an investigation by OSHA, which has six months to determine if any citations or fines will be issued.
