The Manitowoc Lincoln girls were on the road last night to battle Oshkosh North in what turned into a nailbiter.
The game was tied at 18 at the half, and it came down to the wire.
At the end of the day, the Ships had no answers for Ava Hanson of the Spartans, who netted 19 points to lead her team to a 47-45 win.
The Ships were led by Taylor Peterson and Nena Swoboda, who each tallied 11 points, while Laurin Haman and Grace Fruzen both notched 8 points in the losing effort.
Manitowoc Lincoln falls to 3-2 on the season and will be back in action tomorrow night as they host Ashwaubenon.
