A Green Bay pastor has been sentenced in a child enticement case.
40-year-old Cory Herthel of Seventh Day Adventist Church was ordered to spend 15 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to one count of Attempted Sexual Exploitation of a Child.
The FBI began investigating Herthel after they received a tip about him trading sexually explicit videos with a Venezuelan teen.
The two had met while Herthel was in Ecuador as the teen and her mother were begging on the street.
During the investigation, the FBI learned that Herthel was also trading videos with two children in Cuba and that he was in a sexual relationship with one of them while sending money to another.
