West Allis authorities responded to a welfare check on Saturday evening at a residence near 57th and Walker, discovering the lifeless bodies of a 75-year-old woman and a 50-year-old man.
Both victims were reported to have suffered from gunshot wounds.
While officials refrain from labeling it a murder-suicide, they assure the public that there is no ongoing threat.
Reports suggest prior police visits to the residence over the past two years, yet the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear.
