While the basketball season is well underway, other local athletes are gearing up for their seasons to begin this weekend.
Starting with gymnastics, the Valders/Roncalli Co-op and Manitowoc Lincoln squads will be in West Bend on Saturday (December 2nd) for a seven-school invite, which will also feature Hartford Union, West Bend East, Waterford, Madison West, and Grafton.
In the pool, the Kiel boys swim team will be in Plymouth for their first meet of the year.
Also on Saturday, while some wrestlers hit the mat for the first time this season.
The Manitowoc Lincoln boys will be in Kimberly for an 18-school invite, Valders is at Seymour, and Kiel is hosting Reedsville, Appleton East, Denmark, Franklin, and Xavier.
Meanwhile, the Brillion boys will be at Slinger for a 15-school invite while the girls are at Kimberly, and the Chilton/Hilbert boys are in Lomira.
