
Four Manitowoc area residents have been indicted on various federal drug charges.
According to Sheriff Dan Hartwig, Amber Wachowski, Arabella Balzan, Randy Wilhelm Jr., Autumn Thrall, and two individuals from the Milwaukee area were all charged with Knowingly and Intentionally Conspired to Possess with Intent to Deliver 400 grams or more of Fentanyl.
Additionally, Thrall was charged with two counts of Distribution of Fentanyl and two counts of Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl, Balzan was charged with Distribution of Fentanyl, and Wilhelm Jr. had three additional charges.
They are Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl, Possessing a Firearm in Furtherance of the Drug Trafficking Offenses, and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
The arrests were made through a cooperative effort between the Manitowoc County Metro Drug Unit, the DEA, DCI, and the Police Departments in Manitowoc and Two Rivers.
