It is a busy night on tap in local high school basketball as several boys teams kick off their seasons.
Manitowoc Lutheran will be in Two Rivers in a game that will be aired on 107.9 FM WOMT and at WOMTRadio.com starting at 7:00 p.m. while Chilton invades Sturgeon Bay, Brillion hosts Weyauwega-Fremont, and Valders is at home against Plymouth.
Valders will also be honoring the former longtime coach of the Vikings, Dick Nelson, by renaming the court after him.
Meanwhile, New Holstein is on the road to battle Cedar Grove-Belgium, Kohler is at Sheboygan Falls, and Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah is at Valley Christian.
On the girls side of things, Manitowoc Lincoln looks to keep their momentum at Green Bay East, Manitowoc Lutheran is at Kewaunee, while Kiel hosts Winnebago Lutheran, Brillion is at Amherst, and Roncalli hosts Kohler.
Elsewhere, St. Mary’s Springs is at New Holstein, Port Washington invades random Lake, and Slinger is at Plymouth.
Howards Grove hosts Sheboygan Christan, Sheboygan North is at Devine Savior Holy Angels, Sheboygan Lutheran is at home against West Bend East, Sheboygan Falls makes the short trip to take on Sheboygan South.
Additionally, Appleton North is at De Pere, Appleton East invades Green Bay Preble, Wrightstown is in Denmark, Kaukauna battles Bay Port at the home of the Pirates, and Green Bay NEW Lutheran/Providence Academy hosts Crivitz.
