A Fond du Lac residence was heavily damaged by a fire over the weekend.
Fond du Lac Fire Rescue reports that they were dispatched to the multi-family home in the 100 block of East Second Street on a report of a fire Sunday (November 19th).
Crews arrived to find the back of the structure to be on fire.
They were able to take down the flames in quick fashion, but the fire still caused extensive damage.
All of the residents of the home are reported to have escaped safely but have been displaced.
The American Red Cross is aiding the residents.
The cause remains unclear at this time as no additional information has been released.
