The holidays can be a difficult time for many.
As families gather around a Thanksgiving turkey or joyfully unwrap Christmas or Hannukah presents, some may be doing it for the first time without a beloved member of the family.
Unity Grief and Education Center in De Pere is looking to help those who have experienced the death of a loved one through their 9th annual Honor a Life Holiday Gathering.
This year, the event is being held on December 9th at the National Railroad Museum in Green Bay.
Additionally, the organization is selling personalized 2023 Honor a Life Keepsake Ornaments and engraved memorial bricks, with proceeds going right back to Unity.
Event RSVPs and ornament orders are both due by November 30th.
