
A man in Green Bay was not only shot Monday afternoon, he was also involved in a head on crash.
The Green Bay Police Department reports that a 20-year-old man was struck with a bullet in the 1600 block of Christiana Street and instead of calling for help, he tried to drive himself to the hospital.
At around 2:30 Monday afternoon, police were informed of a head-on crash in the area of Badger Street and Badger Lane.
The shooting victim was the driver of one of the cars and was located after he attempted to run from the scene.
He is at last word still recovering in a hospital.
The other driver was a 32-year-old woman who suffered minor injuries.
The shooting is believed to have been an isolated incident, but police are still searching for the individual responsible.
