Microsoft is exploring a substantial expansion of its billion-dollar investment in Mount Pleasant.
The company recently announced plans to inject an additional $1.4 billion into its data center project, building on its initial commitment earlier in the year.
The proposed development, situated on land initially designated for the Foxconn project, is contingent on approval from Racine County and the village of Mount Pleasant, with Microsoft pledging to fulfill the investment by the end of 2028.
