A Milwaukee man has been sentenced for his role in a Sheboygan County drug overdose death.
29-year-old Kendall Acoff was previously found guilty due to no-contest pleas on charges of 2nd Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and Manufacturing or Delivering Cocaine and was ordered by Judge Samantha Bastil to spend a total of eight years in prison followed by eight years on extended supervision.
Acoff was arrested in 2022 after he was found to have supplied the drugs that killed a man in Adell in February of that year.
He was initially charged with 1st Degree Reckless Homicide but took a plea deal to reduce the charge to second degree.
