Meijer Team Gives fall donation program gifts nearly $3 million to an estimated 500 local organizations across the Midwest chosen by team members.
Meijer has donated $10,000 to two local elementary schools.
The donations to Franklin and Jefferson Elementary Schools were made as a part of their third annual Meijer Team Gives Program, where local team members were asked to identify and select organizations in their own community to receive donations.
Since the program started, the retailer donated over $10 million to 1,700 local nonprofits through the Meijer Team Gives program
