Authorities in Altoona are actively seeking information related to an ongoing theft investigation involving a white minivan suspected of being connected to a theft ring.
An all-points bulletin (APB) was issued recently for both a black Range Rover and a white Chrysler minivan, as they were believed to be linked to a series of thefts in the Chippewa Valley.
The Range Rover was located, and the occupants were apprehended.
As of the latest update, the search for the white minivan continues.
