
A Manitowoc man arrested during a Two Rivers homicide investigation has been sentenced.
Malik R. Thompson was previously found guilty due to a no-contest plea on a charge of Possession of THC with Intent to Deliver and was ordered by Judge Jerylin Dietz to spend two years on probation.
The 24-year-old man was arrested in March of 2021 as police investigated the shooting death of 17-year-old Malachi Moore.
Also arrested that day was Joshuah Walcott, who has been convicted in the death, of 50-year-old Todd P. Mueller, who was convicted on two counts of Chronic Neglect of a Child, 21-year-old Rodney Anderson Jr., who was convicted of Harboring or Aiding a Felon, and 21-year-old Kaden A. Jones pleaded no contest to a count of Disorderly Conduct.
Wallcot is due for sentencing on December 11th. Thompson was also ordered to maintain absolute sobriety and spend three months in jail under the Huber Law.
