As is the case around the first snowfall of the year, there were several car crashes reported around the Fox Valley yesterday.
The Appleton area was the most heavily hit section of Eastern Wisconsin, recording a record-breaking 4.5 inches.
This, according to the Outagamie and Winnebago County Sheriff’s Offices resulted in at least 77 car crashes.
Slick road conditions combined with low visibility led to dangerous driving conditions.
No major injuries were reported from any of those crashes.
