A home in rural Sheboygan County was damaged due to a house fire over the weekend.
According to Lieutenant James Gottsacker with the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office, the Emergency Communications Department received a call just after 4:00 Sunday evening reporting a structure fire at W7093 County Road SS in the Town of Scott.
Fire crews from Beechwood and Silver Creek, along with Sheriff’s Deputies and Town of Scott First Responders all arrived on the scene where they found homeowner had escaped with their pet.
No injuries were reported, however the cause of the fire is not yet known.
