
A fire at an apartment in Green Bay left one resident displaced late last week.
According to a report from the Green Bay Metro Fire Department, crews were sent to the 800 block of Doty Street at around 10:45 Friday morning.
When they arrived, smoke was seen emanating from the second floor of a five-unit apartment building.
The fire, which had originated on the stove, was brought under control within about 10 minutes.
No injuries were reported, however the lone resident of the apartment was displaced due to the damage, which was estimated to be around $30,000 worth.
