The man who allegedly was responsible for a crash that killed a 4-year-old girl in Sheboygan has apparently returned to the scene.
24-year-old Nathan Heitzmann was behind the wheel of the car that took the life of Cordelia Kuether at the intersection of 21st Street and Saemann Avenue in April.
Now police say he returned to that intersection and stole a cross that was placed at the site where Cordelia was hit.
Heitzmann reportedly told a witness that he needed the memorial for himself.
On top of the charges related to the crash, Heitzmann is now also facing a charge of Misdemeanor Theft.
