The man charged in a fatal crash in Allouez over the summer was back in court this week.
22-year-old Kelton Snulligan is pleading not guilty to the 16 charges he is facing, including two each of Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle, and 2nd Degree Reckless Homicide.
While in court, Snulligan’s attorney requested his $25,000 cash bail be reduced, however after the crime lab results came back showing his blood alcohol content was at .097, the bond was instead quadrupled to $100,000.
Snulligan was behind the wheel when he struck another vehicle at the intersection of South Webster and Allouez Avenues, killing Trevor Hermon, a passenger in the vehicle he was driving, and Luis Rios-Alverado, who was driving the other vehicle.
A trial has been scheduled for this coming February.
