A Milwaukee man is facing drug charges after he was found passed out in a vehicle at McDonalds.
Officers were sent to check on the 23-year-old man at around 11:30 Sunday evening.
When they woke up the man, he refused to exit the vehicle and resisted when the officer attempted to help him out.
A strong smell of marijuana was reported in the vehicle and his breath reportedly smelled of intoxicants.
When the officers asked him to partake in a field sobriety test, the man reportedly said no because he was “too high”.
While searching his vehicle, a backpack was located which contained several containers of drugs, some drug paraphernalia, and over $675 in cash.
The man was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine, THC, and a Schedule I or II Drug, as well as Resisting or Obstructing an Officer.
