A 59-year-old Milwaukee woman is now facing disorderly conduct charges following an incident in August where she allegedly threatened to cause harm at a local McDonald’s.
Prosecutors assert that Breneida Gottschalk expressed dissatisfaction with the overcooked portion of her french fries and requested a replacement.
When she attempted to access the new fries herself by going behind the counter, McDonald’s staff promptly alerted the authorities.
It was during this tense encounter that her frustration escalated, and she purportedly accused the employees of being involved in illegal drug activities.
Moreover, she allegedly made threats of violence by mentioning she would “shoot up” the restaurant.
It’s important to note that no firearm was found in her possession.
Gottschalk is scheduled to appear in court again next week to address these charges.
