All seven counties we cover reported significant declines in gas prices over the past week.
According to the AAA Gas Prices webpage, Manitowoc County’s average price per gallon fell nine cents in the past seven days to $3.39 while Sheboygan County saw a seven-cent drop to $3.36.
Calumet and Outagamie Counties each saw nine-cent dips to $3.32 and $3.26 respectively, while motorists in Brown and Kewaunee Counties are paying 10 cents less this week, with averages of $3.24 and $3.31 respectively.
Door County also reported a decline, but the smallest in the area.
Their average is down six cents to $3.38.
The state average plummeted 15 cents to $3.29 while the national average is down 11 cents to $3.68.
