Valders Native Endears Himself to Buccaneer Fans with Big Block

Luke Goedeke, a Valders native who has earned a starting spot on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers squad seems to be endearing himself to the Tampa Bay faithful.

After last week’s 26-9 lashing of the New Orleans Saints, ESPN reporter Jenna Laine posted this video of the former Viking athlete.

The clip was then posted on the website JoeBucsFan.com, which is run by numerous individuals who are, in their words, “crazed Buccaneers fans” with 50+ years of sports writing experience.

The blog post notes how Goedeke is a “small school” offensive lineman who is “a little more than ornery on the field.”

“Joe” also said that the video shows why Bucs General Manager Jason Licht “likes small school guys with ‘tudes.”
