The Wisconsin Athletic Directors Association recently awarded a pair of Roncalli educators the Wisconsin Athletic Service Award.
Mueller is a STEM, culinary arts, and health teacher at Roncalli High School, and also is the high school’s former athletic director.
Mirsberger is now retired but was a teacher at Roncalli who is still involved with athletics.
The award is given by the association to individuals who go above and beyond to help support their local school.
Nathan Kaderabek, athletic director for Roncalli Catholic Schools spoke highly of the two educators, saying “We thank you for all the extra hours that you help with athletic events. The Roncalli families appreciate all that you do. Thank you, Dave Mueller and Steve Mirsberger.”
