A Fond du Lac woman was arrested recently after she was found outside of her ex-husband’s home with a gun.
48-year-old Jodeen May is facing charges of Harassment with Fear of Death, Knowingly Violating a Domestic Abuse Order, Unlawful Phone Use – Threatening Harm, OWI, her third offense, Possession of Cocaine, and Disorderly Conduct.
Officers were called to a home last Friday on a report of May’s ex-husband receiving numerous texts, phone calls, and voicemails from May which were laced with profanities.
The man also noted seeing her car outside of his home, saying he feared for his own safety.
May was located in her car at the corner of 9th and Woodward Streets shortly after and approached with caution.
When they spoke with May, the officers noted that she was slurring her words and was swaying.
A search of both her person and the vehicle revealed that May was in possession of cocaine and a gun, while a breathalyzer test showed a blood alcohol content of .137.
She was arrested and had her bond set at $7,500 cash.
