Anyone who needs to shred some sensitive documents is being invited to a community shred event fundraiser.
Consumer Credit Counseling Service is hosting the event on Saturday, October 28th, in their parking lot at 1930 North 8th Street in Sheboygan.
Residents are invited to bring their sensitive documents for shredding between 10:00 and noon, with the cost being $3 for a grocery-sized bag of documents and $5 for a standard box.
While staples can remain on the paperwork, plastic, metal, and CDs will not be accepted.
Money collected will be used to help support financial education in Sheboygan and Sheboygan County.
There is no limit to how much you can shred and all documents will be shredded on-site by Special Operations Document Shredding.
