UW-Madison reports no shortage in enrollment.
The university recently unveiled its official fall enrollment figures, revealing a record-breaking student population of just over 50,000 on campus.
This milestone marks the first time such numbers have been achieved.
Although this year’s freshman class is approximately 700 students smaller than the previous year, UW-Madison still boasts nearly 8,000 freshmen in attendance.
While enrollment trends vary across other UW campuses, the UW System as a whole reports an overall increase in enrollment this year, marking the first time this has occurred in nearly a decade.
