Walcott
A jury trial is now underway for a Manitowoc man charged in a 2021 homicide in Two Rivers.
21-year-old Joshua Walcott is facing charges of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide, Attempted 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, Exposing a Child to Harmful Descriptions, Possession of a Firearm as a Convicted Felon, Felony Bail Jumping, and two counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child.
Officers were called to the 1800 block of 28th Street in Two Rivers on May 17th, 2021 on a report of a disturbance.
During said disturbance, a 17-year-old Manitowoc male was shot and died at the scene.
Walcott was arrested along with four other individuals for their role in the case.
His trial is slated to run today (October 2nd) through Friday starting at 8:30 each day.
