An Appleton man has been arrested on his 5th OWI.
The unnamed 33-year-old man was driving on 1-41 in De Pere at 5:30 p.m. Friday when he was pulled over by an officer on the off-ramp to Oneida Street.
The driver was said to be displaying signs of impairment while speaking with police, which led to a field sobriety test being administered.
The man failed the test, and was arrested for Suspicion of OWI, possession of Open Intoxicants, Operating after Revocation, his second offence, and Violation of Ignition Interlock Device.
