Two individuals are facing allegations of assaulting a staff member at a Madison Taco Bell.
Law enforcement officials report that on Sunday night, employees at the Taco Bell Cantina located on State Street requested two men who had fallen asleep at a table to vacate the premises.
In response, the individuals became agitated and physically assaulted an employee, striking them multiple times.
Caleb Linden has been taken into custody on charges of misdemeanor battery, while James Holden faces charges of disorderly conduct and felony bail jumping.
