
Charges have now officially been filed against the two suspects who were arrested for shooting into a North Fond du Lac home earlier this month.
15-year-old Noah W. Metcalf and 20-year-old Jaysen M. Fix have each been charged with two counts of Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide along with one count each of 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, and Endangering Safety with the Reckless Use of a Firearm.
Fix is also facing charges of Possession of a Firearm as a Convicted Felon and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping while Metcalf is charged with Resisting or Obstructing an Officer.
Police reports say the shooting happened at around 2:00 a.m. on September 4th with one person in the home being injured by debris.
The victims pointed police in the direction of Metcalf, who had allegedly attempted to enter the house and asked about a resident whom he had recently broken up with.
Metcalf had his bail set at $500,000 and is due back in court today while Fix’s bail was set at $750,000 and will be in court in December.
