Charges have been filed against the driver of the car that crashed into Lake Michigan in Sheboygan last week killing a passenger.
The crash occurred last Monday (September 4th) when a vehicle was traveling east on North Avenue and failed to negotiate a curve.
The vehicle left the roadway, plunged down a cliff, and landed in Lake Michigan.
37-year-old Angela Williams, who was a passenger in the vehicle, died from her injuries, while the 25-year-old driver was hospitalized with serious injuries.
That unnamed driver is also now facing charges of Operating Under the Influence Causing Death, Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Motor Vehicle, 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety, and Operating a Vehicle with a Revoked License Causing Death.
