There are two meetings scheduled for today (September 12th) in the City of Manitowoc.
The Municipal Tree Commission will be in the 1st Floor Conference Room in City Hall at 4:30 p.m. where they will get an update on Forestry staffing and some forestry grant opportunities.
They will also discuss ideas for Arbor Day 2024 and will hold their annual officer election.
At the same time, the Police and Fire Commission will be in the Lower Level of the Public Safety Building where they will discuss the Police Department’s Lieutenant and Fire Rescue Department’s Firefighter/Paramedic eligibility lists.
They will also enter a closed session to review the performance of the employees of both departments. These are the final meetings for the week in the Clipper City.
