Mariah A. Hutchinson had her bail set at only $100 cash after she was arrested over the weekend for harassing a man and flashing police officers.
Her conditions say she can’t have contact with the Tabacco Outlet on Washington Street. Manitowoc Police received a call when Hutchinson was overheard making comments about harming someone’s family and stealing coffee.
When officers arrived, the woman rambled on about many topics and then unzipped her sweatshirt and flashed the officers.
She also knocked on the front door of a residence and continued to cause a disturbance, ultimately resulting in her arrest on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
