A $300 cash bond has been set for Manitowoc resident Eric Phillippi.
He was charged with felony possession of THC after police encountered him lying on the ground at Westfield Park on Saturday.
He was then arrested after admitting to having “street weed” on him, and then was found to have a pill bottle of THC and a multi-colored smoking device in his backpack.
His conditions include maintaining absolute sobriety and having no substances on him. Phillippi will be back in court on September 25th.
